Bills on Election Fairness

Rep. Jacobsen's version of an election bill passed the House State Government Committee in March on a bi-partisan 23-0 vote. Jacobsen worked closely with Democratic colleagues Reps. Hunter and Mascher on this bill, which even included language for automatic complete restorations of felon voting rights. The 2019 session also included a new election bill.
